Paid ads that pay for themselves.

Forget impressions, reach, and "vanity reports". We run campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Snapchat with a single obsession: positive ROAS. If ads don't make you money, we don't make you pay.

Pick your platform

Four channels. One ROAS-obsessed agency.

Each platform fits a different stage of business. We help you pick the right one(s) for your audience, budget, and goals — and run them with the same accountability whether you spend ₹10K or ₹10L per month.

Decision matrix

Not sure which platform fits? Here's how we decide together.

Most agencies push you to "do all platforms" because more spend = more fees. We don't. Here's the honest match-up between business type, audience behavior, and the right platform mix.

01 / Business type

E-commerce & D2C

Visual products + impulse buyers. Meta wins for discovery (people don't search "buy X t-shirt", they scroll), Google Shopping captures bottom-funnel high-intent buyers ready to convert.

Recommended stack
Meta Google Shopping
Budget: ₹25K–80K/mo
02 / Business type

Local Services

Plumbers, dentists, gyms, salons, lawyers. People actively Google when they need you. Search ads + Google Maps Local Service Ads dominate this. Skip Meta unless you have a unique offer.

Recommended stack
Google Search
Budget: ₹15K–40K/mo
03 / Business type

B2B / SaaS

You sell to specific job titles + company sizes. LinkedIn's targeting is unmatched here — combine with Google Search for high-intent demo-ready buyers. Meta works for retargeting only.

Recommended stack
LinkedIn Google Search
Budget: ₹50K–2L/mo
04 / Business type

Course Creators & Coaches

You sell transformation + trust. Meta dominates with video-first storytelling (reels, lives, testimonials). Google Search captures people typing "best [topic] course". Combine for full-funnel.

Recommended stack
Meta Google Search
Budget: ₹20K–60K/mo
05 / Business type

High-ticket Services

Real estate, financial advisors, consultants, agencies. People research before buying ₹50K+ services. Google Search captures research intent, LinkedIn lets you target by net worth + role.

Recommended stack
Google Search LinkedIn
Budget: ₹40K–1.5L/mo
06 / Business type

Lifestyle & Fashion

Fashion, beauty, accessories targeting Gen Z + young millennials. Snapchat owns the 13-24 age demo with cheap reach. Meta covers the broader audience with shoppable Reels + Stories.

Recommended stack
Meta Snapchat
Budget: ₹20K–70K/mo
Quick decision rules

Or just remember these 3 rules

  1. 01

    Search vs Scroll

If customers actively search for what you sell → Google. If they scroll & discover → Meta.

  2. 02

    B2B = LinkedIn

Selling to specific job titles or companies? LinkedIn's targeting beats everything. Higher CPL, but premium leads.

  3. 03

    Start with one

Don't spread thin. Master one platform first, prove ROAS, then expand. We'd rather run ₹20K well than ₹2L poorly.

Our process

5 steps. Repeat the winners. Kill the losers. Compound forever.

Performance marketing isn't a one-time launch — it's a continuous loop. Here's the operational rhythm we run for every client, every month, on every platform.

Step 01

Audit

Week 1

Free full audit of your existing ad accounts. We surface wasted spend, broken pixels, lost conversions, audience overlap, and untapped opportunities.

Deliverable

Step 02

Setup

Week 2

Tracking is the foundation. Pixels, Conversions API, server-side events, attribution windows, GA4, custom dashboards — all properly wired before a single rupee is spent.

Step 03

Launch

Week 3

Strategic campaign architecture. Audiences, creatives, ad copy, landing pages, budgets, bid strategies — all built from your audit findings, not guesswork.

What launches
5–15 ad sets 15–40 creatives A/B tests live
Step 04

Optimize

Daily

The real work begins after launch. Daily monitoring, kill underperformers within 48hrs, refresh creatives weekly, expand winning audiences, fix attribution issues.

Cadence
Daily checks Weekly creatives A/B tests
Step 05
Loops

Scale

Month 2+

Once a campaign hits target ROAS, we 2x-5x its budget systematically while monitoring efficiency. Then expand to new audiences, geos, or platforms.

Scale moves
Budget scale Geo expansion New platforms
The compound effect

Steps 4 + 5 loop every single month

Optimize. Scale. Optimize. Scale. That's the entire game. Each cycle, your winning campaigns get more budget, your losing ones die, and ROAS compounds. Most clients see their best month at month 6 — not month 1.

Pricing models

3 ways to pay. Pick what fits your stage.

Performance marketing fees should scale with your spend, not stay flat. Here's how we structure pricing so it works for ₹15K/mo budgets and ₹15L/mo budgets equally well — with skin in the game when it makes sense.

01 / Model

Flat Management Fee

Predictable monthly retainer for small & growing budgets. No surprises, easy to plan.

FAQ

Honest answers to the paid-ads questions every business asks.

Six questions we get on every discovery call — answered upfront, with the same honesty we'd give a friend who's about to spend ₹50K on ads.

01 / Expectations Will my ads actually work? What's realistic ROAS?

Honest answer: depends on your product, margins, and pricing. Anyone promising "guaranteed 10x ROAS" hasn't actually run real campaigns.

  • E-commerce / D2C — typical 2–6x ROAS once optimized (month 2-3 onwards)
  • High-ticket services — 3–10x ROAS, but with longer sales cycles
  • SaaS / B2B — measured in CPL not ROAS; ₹400–2K per qualified lead is good
  • First 30-60 days — usually break-even or slight loss as we test & learn. This is normal.

If your product margins are too thin (under 30%), paid ads might never work — and we'll tell you that upfront in the audit instead of taking your money.

02 / Ownership Who owns the ad accounts & the data?

You do. Always. Ad accounts belong to your business — we just operate them. This is non-negotiable for us.

  • Ad accounts — created in your business name, billed to your card, owned by you
  • Pixels & data — installed on your domain, you keep all conversion data forever
  • Creatives — full ownership of all images, videos, ad copy we produce
  • If you leave — we hand over admin access, everything stays running. No "agency hostage" tactics.

Run from any agency that creates ad accounts in their name and bills their card. That's a vendor lock-in trap that costs you months of pixel data when you switch.

03 / Budget What's the minimum ad budget I need?

Below ₹15K/month, paid ads usually don't work. Algorithms need data — and data needs spend.

  • Meta & Snapchat — minimum ₹10–15K/mo to gather meaningful data
  • Google Ads — minimum ₹15K/mo (search keywords are competitive)
  • LinkedIn Ads — minimum ₹30K/mo (B2B costs are higher per click)
  • Multi-platform — start with one, prove ROAS, then expand

We'd rather turn down a ₹5K/mo client than take their money and waste it. If your budget is under ₹15K/mo, we'll honestly suggest organic content + SEO instead until you can afford to test paid properly.

04 / Failure What if a campaign just doesn't work?

Some campaigns fail — that's reality. What matters is how fast we recognize it and pivot.

  • 48-hour kill rule — if an ad isn't performing, we don't let it bleed your budget
  • Diagnostic audit — we systematically check audience, creative, landing page, offer, attribution
  • Pivot or pause — if we can't fix it within 30 days, we recommend pausing & revisiting strategy
  • Honest conversations — sometimes the issue is the product, offer, or pricing — not ads. We say it.

We've had clients where ads didn't work — and our advice was "fix the offer first, then come back". That's what skin-in-the-game looks like.

05 / Guarantees Do you guarantee specific results?

No agency can honestly guarantee specific ROAS or CPL numbers. Anyone who does is either lying or about to set you up with low-quality leads to "hit the number".

What we do commit to:

  • Process accountability — every weekly deliverable shipped on time
  • Transparent reporting — you see real numbers, not curated "wins"
  • Aligned incentives — Performance Bonus model puts our fee at risk if we miss targets
  • Cancel anytime — no contracts to mask underperformance

Our average client ROAS is 4.8x because of this discipline — not because we promised it on day 1.

06 / DIY How is this different from running ads myself?

Honestly? You can run ads yourself. Meta and Google make it easy to launch campaigns. The hard part is making them profitable.

What you typically miss running ads solo:

  • Pixel + Conversions API setup — most DIY accounts have broken or incomplete tracking
  • Audience structure — broad targeting + AI vs precise interests is a 2x ROAS difference
  • Creative testing volume — winners come from running 20+ ads, not 3
  • Daily kill discipline — DIY ads bleed budget on losers because you check weekly, not daily
  • Multi-platform attribution — knowing if Meta or Google drove the sale (last-click is wrong)

Hire us if your ad spend is over ₹30K/mo (the saved waste pays our fee). DIY if you're under that and have time to learn — we even teach this at course.dmat.in.
